"Yojana" ranges from 5-15 km; often the higher length; here it is estimated at 10 km. The height of the thupas are given in yojanas.
The term "gavuta" must be understood in the ancient sense. Unfortunately, we can only estimate its length, varying all the way from 5 to 12 km.
